The MIFAS by GRECMIP Congress is back …
On behalf of MIFAS -Minimally Invasive Foot and Ankle Society- by Grecmip, we invite you to come to Brazil, to the beautiful Rio de Janeiro, to attend the 6th International Congress of Foot & Ankle Minimally Invasive Surgery to be held from October 5th to 7th, 2023.
MIFAS by GRECMIP has about 20 years of history, and its evolution has been dramatic as today, the minimally invasive foot and ankle surgery, including MIS techniques and ankle arthroscopy, is one of the leading techniques among the related disciplines in a fully integrated interdisciplinary patient care system, and MIFAS by GRECMIP has become the most prominent and highly respected professional group only devoted to this technique.
Fifteen years after the first congress in Arcachon (France) and after those held in Murcia (Spain), Bruges (Belgium), Barcelona (Spain), and Marrakech (Morocco), for the first time it will be held in the American continent.
The 6th MIFAS by GRECMIP Congress in Rio de Janeiro aims to be the premier international forum for research, theory, and development related to minimally invasive techniques and arthroscopy in the foot and ankle in the forthcoming years. The 3-day program will encompass round table discussions, lectures, symposia, sponsored workshops, instructional courses, free papers, and an exhibition showcasing current products and services.
As a multicultural country, Brazil offers excellent infrastructure to host international events, one of Latin America's leading destinations. The city of Rio de Janeiro, the most important tourist center in Brazil for its natural beauty and warm people, welcomes you with its arms wide open to the MIFAS Meeting. We are preparing a special event in this beautiful city to help you live one of the most exciting experiences.
The Windsor Barra Hotel will be the Congress Venue. With 338 hotel rooms, it is located in front of the Barra Tijuca's beach in the city's most beautiful and peaceful area and provides one of the best hotel structures for events in Rio de Janeiro, with 60 modular meeting rooms.
All the Committees involved in the organization will work hard to offer you an outstanding scientific program in a unique location, one of the most attractive cities all over the World, where the MIFAS by GRECMIP community will gather again.
