ACCOMMODATION
Please note that accommodation is not included in the registration fee.

Hotel for the participants ranges from 40 Euro Apartment without breakfast, up to 84 Euro ( 4star Hotel).

There are limited spaces available for this course and registration may close early according to availability.

Cancellation Policy/Terms and Agreement:
Payment must be received latest by ESTS by 27 January 2025 but the registration and your place is not confirmed until payment is received. 50% of the registration fee will be reimbursed up to 14 days before the course. No refund will be granted after that date. A change in VAT may lead to different prices. ESTS cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred.

Participants are requested to get informed in advance about the travel restrictions that may apply form their home countries to enter Hungary before registering to the course. ESTS will make no exceptional or full refunds for reasons related to travel restrictions.
