The LISBON SYMPOSIUM has a new venue for its 20th Edition at CULTURGEST.

 

CULTURGEST is at the Caixa Geral de Depósitos (CGD) head office building, situated in the heart of Lisbon (Campo Pequeno), close to major universities and companies, and benefits from an excellent public transport network. Fully equipped and able to present many different types of events, such as conferences, congresses, meetings, colloquia, and festivals, CULTURGEST offers excellent audio-visual equipment and a set of combined customized services, such as reception, catering, among others, designed to ensure your guests enjoy an outstanding and valuable experience.

 

CULTURGEST has been at the heart of Lisbon’s event industry for 25 years, becoming the venue of choice when it comes to bringing your ideas to life.

CULTURGEST was created in 1993, immediately after completing the new CGD head office building to operate as a cultural center. However, in 2007, after altering the company’s statutes, it became a cultural foundation, the Fundação Caixa Geral de Depósitos – CULTURGEST.

 

Since its opening in 1993, culturgest has organized and supported an extensive program of contemporary dance, theatre, music, opera, cinema, visual arts exhibitions, conferences, symposia, workshops, and other cultural activities. An education Service is also at work. 

 

In parallel to this, CULTURGEST became a service provider, holding concerts, performances, conferences, meetings, or other events. It also seeks to establish close ties of cooperation with schools, universities, and other training institutes.
