Congress Registration

The Combined Format Congress Registration includes the entry to all scientific sessions at the Poznan International Fair, the exhibition area and access to the entire virtual platform (read below).

The Streaming Format Congress Registration includes access to the entire virtual platform including the scientific sessions, the exhibition hall and the e-abstracts; the attendees acknowledge that some sponsored symposia and/or (parts of) the exhibition hall (on-site and/or virtual) may not be accessible to all attendees due to compliance regulations and applicable laws.

Registration Package Change

Registration UPGRADE from Streaming Format Congress to Combined Format Congress

REGISTRATION IS ALLOWED

The applied rate will be the actual rate when the request for upgrade will be received. Registration upgrade will only be accepted upon availability of seats.

Registration DOWNGRADE from Combined Format Congress to Streaming Format Congress

REGISTRATION IS ALLOWED.

A handling administrative fee of 50€ will be deducted before the refund of the remaining amount in case of downgrading before August 31^st, 2021.

Registration downgrade will not be accepted after September 1^st, 2021.

Registration Cancellation Policy

Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the Technical Secretariat:

Combined Format Congress Registration:

• Cancellations received up and including July 31^st, 2021 – full refund
• Cancellations received between August 1^st 2021 to August 31^st 2021 – 50% will be refunded
• From September 1^st, 2021 – no refund will be made

Streaming Format Congress Registration:

• Cancellations received up and including July 31^st, 2021 – full refund
• Cancellations received between August 1^st 2021 to August 31^st 2021 – 50% will be refunded
• From September 1^st, 2021 – no refund will be made

Refunds will be credited only to person / entity who / which paid the original registration. In cases of cancellations due to personal matters, after the cancellation deadline, please consult your personal insurance.

Letter of Invitation
Upon request, the Chairman of the Local Organizing Committee will be pleased to send a personal letter of invitation so as to enable participants to obtain supporting funds or visas for attending the Congress. These invitation letters cannot be considered as an offer of financial support by the organizers and do not financially obligate SECEC / TORRES PARDO in any way. All expenses incurred in relation to the congress attendance are the sole responsibility of the attendee.

Visa Requirements
It is the sole responsibility of the attendee to take care of his / her visa requirements. Attendees who require an entry visa must allow sufficient time for the application procedure.

Modification of the Congress Programme
SECEC reserves the right to modify the programme, which is published as an indication only. No refunds will be granted in case the programme changes (including change of speakers).

Cancellation of the Congress
In the event that the In-Person Format cannot be held due to events beyond the control of SECEC (force majeure) or due to events which are not attributable to wrongful intent or gross negligence of SECEC, neither SECEC nor TORRES PARDO cannot be held liable by attendees for any damages, costs or financial losses incurred, such as transportation costs, accommodation costs etc.

Combined registrations (In-Person & Streaming) will be automatically transferred to Only Streaming and the attendee will receive the reimbursement - between the applied Combined Event rate and the Only Streaming Event rate.

Access
Admission is for registered attendees only. Accompanying persons and children will not be granted access to the Combined Congress In-Person format. Seats in the session rooms are limited. Refunds will not be made if all seats are taken. It is the responsibility of the attendee to access the session rooms in good time.

During the registration process, each participant must accept the here outlined General Terms and Conditions in accordance with GDPR to register for the Combined Congress and to access the virtual platform. You will receive personal access details to access the Virtual platform by September 14^th, 2021. These access details are strictly personal and may not be given to any other person. We will identify all access details on our platform.

It lies in the responsibility of the individual registered attendee and/or the group manager to ensure the receipt of the access details to the digital platform. The registered attendee and/or the group manager must contact the Combined Congress Registration Team if access details have not been received by July 15^th, 2021. Neither SECEC nor TORRES PARDO will not be held liable if attendees are not able to access the virtual platform due to missing personal access details.
